Nope. It wasn't either in North-Holland or South-Holland it was in Groningen.
But with nine other provinces they all form the Netherlands (also mistakingly called Holland (even by the Dutch themselves)).
It's like saying England when you mean the UK or America when you mean the United states of America. |

Facebook should have all settings to private as standard, and let people choose to have them public for every message they post. It would prevent mistakes like this.
Better yet: ignore facebook completely, everybody.

she actualy, and she and her family went into hiding. 36 people were arrested for rioting, 30 ppl were injured and one 82 year old man is seriously injured. damage to the town is estimated at 1 million.
