I see nothing wrong with this, assuming it isn't loaded of course.
Same as the pics I took of my baby standing behind the steering wheel of my car... while it was in my driveway, turned off, and without the keys in the ignition. |

Looks like a Glock, they come from the factory with a 5 lb trigger pull weight so it's kind of hard to "accidentally" shoot. Not to mention that it's probably on safe and not even loaded. |
