Unfortunately bicycles are nearly impractical where I live.
If I wanted to bike to school, I would have to bike up a hill at an average of a 5% grade, but with the steepest part being at least 10%.
and downhill all the way home from school, or is that uphill also? |

@andrew155 you mean that for most people that live in the united states there are few practical alternatives, you should try traveling a bit and see how things are done differently |

I have seldom seen dooooooshier captions than this one. Firstly, why is it a gas station's responsibility to suggest something other than a car? Secondly, for most people, there are very few practical alternatives to a car. Most people don't live right next to where they work, so why should they have to bike 10 miles? |

Ollie, I'm not sure about the price listing, Austria uses the Euro.
The sign could be old. The Schilling was in use until 2002.
On further review, though, it couldn't be shillings per liter, or even schillings per gallon. The price would be way too high, especially for more than 10 years ago. It must, therefore, be Euros per liter, and the last digit is for tenths of a cent. |
