Sunday, September 23, 2012 1:22:53 AM In 6 months he still retains the core muscle mass, learned habits and stamina. Losing the weight and reverting back to a lifestyle he has obviously embraced all his life is going to be MUCH easier than someone who has fought obesity all their lives. |

Friday, September 21, 2012 5:15:03 PM I did it, but I cheated. I was at 400lbs, health, life was in the toilet. I had RNY gastric bypass surgery and have lost 200lbs or so. Best damned thing I ever did. |

Friday, September 21, 2012 2:24:57 PM It's funny how really muscular guys shave their chests and tan, in an effort to look MORE masculine. |

Friday, September 21, 2012 12:51:59 PM Pay attention, tedgp. The chest hair is important and actually debunks your suspicion of going in one direction. |

Friday, September 21, 2012 12:37:02 PM What it looks like is he took a bunch of pics of him being fat, or being toned, then simply went in one direction. Then arranged the pics to make it look like he actually did it. |

Friday, September 21, 2012 11:47:04 AM What is the point of holding up the newspaper in the first photo? What does that prove? The point of holding up a newspaper is to prove how recent something is, not how long ago it was. Anyone can get an old paper. I can take a photo holding a newspaper from 1940. That doesn't show anything. I'm not saying I don't believe this, just that the newspaper is pointless. |

Friday, September 21, 2012 11:35:56 AM Thats pretty easy to do for someone with: a) good genes b) someone whose body isnt used to storing fat and therefore isnt simply subcuteneous like this guys fat it. Try it yourself. If you are in good shape anyway, its pretty easy to do this. It's a LOT harder for someone who has spent years or a lifetime overweight. |
