Saturday, September 22, 2012 10:49:22 PM I'm not so sure that this is a case of the "mighty have fallen;" Jewel hasn't disappeared, but moved into music production, acting, Philanthropy and dedicating a good portion of her talents to working with children (where this song, among others, came from for children's records). And considering that she was able to afford the most expensive house in La Jolla, CA at the time, then sell it for a profit, she obviously isn't hurting for money anymore. Has-beens don't generally have those qualifications... |

Saturday, September 22, 2012 3:34:32 PM actually i used to really love jewel, and still love her early music. her breakthrough album was fantastic imo. it was just jewel and her guitar, singing songs she wrote herself when her life was in shambles. it was sincere and real. then she got famous and it kinda took a dive after that. but i still love that first album. |

Saturday, September 22, 2012 12:20:14 PM That was actually pretty good. Plus, she probably got paid more for doing that song than most of you Walmart haters make in a year. |
