bassman56, I just believe that it's like saying 'gluten is bad for you' when gluten IS bad for some people, but others freak out and say 'gluten is bad for them, it must be bad for me!' And 'this person supports the testing on of animals, they must be a horrible person!' when whatever the argument is, it -could- be based in fact, but the rule doesn't extend to everyone. Maybe I'm not so good with my examples today. But anyway, it's not like whomever buys his album is financing his woman-beating and other perhaps like opinions/situations. I'm just saying that slathering this statement all over his product is a bit over the top, and we should decide for ourselves if we'd like to buy his music, not be told 'he beats women; don't buy his stuff.' Smoking "is" bad, 'oh, okay, I shouldn't smoke!' Eating fatty foods "will" make you fat, 'oh, then I shouldn't eat fatty foods, oh noes!' I'm done. |

@ferdyfred: I suppose you're right, however...Ike Turner wasn't given nearly as much sh*t as this fool. And Tina Turner's used feminine hygiene products have more talent than Rhianna. Mark Walburg & his P.O.S. friends beat a man so badly that he lost his vision. I could go on, but I think you get the idea.
