Friday, September 14, 2012 4:57:58 PM The thing to remember about weight loss, is slowly on, slowly off. Also lose that stuff while still young and having a good elastic skin. |

Friday, September 14, 2012 1:55:07 PM @ SmagBoy1 - generally not, if you lose it slowly. People who get gastric surgery usually have some loose skin afterward because it causes them to drop weight quickly. If you take your time, cut calories and work out during your weight loss - your skin will shrink along with you. @ Andrew155 - In the case of these women - they are taking before and after photos to keep track of their progress. For a lot of people (myself included), you see yourself in the mirror everyday so you don't notice you've gained or lost until you see how you look now compared to 6 months ago. I lost 50 pounds this summer riding my bike but couldn't see a difference until my friend sent me a picture of myself on New Years Eve. |

Friday, September 14, 2012 1:34:18 PM Couldn't be bothered to look at all of them, but there's one gal early on labelled "before vegan" and "vegan" who looks to be on her way to anorexia. No bust, no hips - that's not healthy either! |

Friday, September 14, 2012 1:00:14 PM Why the frack do girls always feel compelled to take pictures of themselves in a mirror holding their motherfracking camera? |

Friday, September 14, 2012 12:40:52 PM So, my question, for either women or men who lose a whole bunch (like the biggest weight losses depicted in these pics), is surgery required to remove the excess skin? (I'm talking about the heavier folks) |
