Thursday, September 13, 2012 8:15:34 PM FoolsPrussia- your vid's gone. YT took it off. Piperfawn- thanks for the concern; the only lasting reminder is a dimple in my cheek which people have told me looks good! |

Thursday, September 13, 2012 7:22:28 PM How about IABers' crash stories? (I'll start 'cause I like telling stories.) Coming home from work, I turn right at a corner on a green and an oncoming driver, impatient at his red light, decides to take a shortcut thru a parking lot without so much as a glance. I hammered into his front right fender, did a face plant on his windshield, and bounced back onto the asphalt with a fractured hip, a mouthful of blood, and a totaled bike. Turns out he was pissed drunk. There was no contest about blame, but he wasn't charged because I couldn't swear no one else was in the car!! I still got a pretty good settlement out of it, tho'. The end. |

Thursday, September 13, 2012 4:34:34 PM From what I think I can make out, which is a typical runner and a bare forearm, this is a perfect example of why you wear FULL bike gear at all times on a bike. Gotta love the darwin award nominees. |
