Lmao, they broke up 12 years ago. Still the guy was there for about 2 weeks.

Read the article. He did regular odd jobs for the woman before he went to prison, then both of them still communicated with each other throught his sentence. He probably thought it was the best place to go. |

He was in jail. When he got out, he went to her house. My guess is, she wasn't home so he snuck in. When she got home, he hid in the attic and realized he could spy on her. She heard the noises and sent someone up there who wound up finding the guy.
All a very different story than an ex-boyfriend who lived in her attic for 12 years. |
