No, it's not the same! It's 1.7mm thinner, the screen is 1/2 inch (12.7mm) bigger and it's 1/3 inch (8.4mm) taller. As an added bonus, you won't be able to remove and replace the battery yourself. It will have to be done by Apple service personnel only. Have fun with that!!! |

Yay. Looks like Apple is finally entering 2012. A little late, eh? Bigger screen, better specs, LTE... sounds almost as impressive as the 4 month old Galaxy S III. Remember when Apple made innovative products? Now they're just playing catch-up to Android. |

Reading about the iPhone5 that was announced today. I can't say I'm impressed. That being said, there is not another phone that could make me give my iPhone4s up. I've used the new Windows platform, Symbian, Meego, Android and nothing even slightly compares, in my opinion. I have an iPad2 and I'm yet to find any tablet that can hold a candle to it. I also own a MacBook Pro, and a Mac Pro tower and they are the best computers I've ever owned (I've own several Windows computers in the past). So speaking from experience Apple has yet to do me wrong, however lately their "new and improved" products have fell short in my opinion. Slightly improving the iPads display resolution did not compel me to get the new one and neither have the improvements to the iPhone with the release of the iPhone5. |
