He was obviously assaulted, I have friends into these soughts of mods, they get a lotta hate. Seriously though it still disturbs me and I find it personally repulsive. Would not hate them but would never date them. |

That's the most likely explanation. The others are that he was assaulted, or he did this to himself on purpose. I would bet that any half-decent surgeon could trim the torn ends and stitch them back together. |

Cut the short bit close and let it heal. Once the long bit has healed, get it pierced and put a tiny gauge in it at the end. Apply suitable tats to the flappy item of a comedic nature. laugh about it with your mates. |
