Is the OP from Mars ? This type of equipment has been in use everywhere for over a decade. Its common pretty much everywhere.
Also this is excellent training for your dogs, lazy has nothing to do with this |

lizbian2 actually walking burns more calories then cycling does.
@tdk master they are suposed to snap lose when a certian force is aplied, however i have seen smart people "fix em" with spectaculair results. |

Looks like good exercise rather than laziness. She would get less of a work out if she was simply walking them. Or are you implying that she's having the dogs pull her bike? I don't think that would work.

The dogs are pulling her, they're just attached so they can walk along while she rides. I've seen a lot of people with a dog on a regular leash like that. This is just safer. |

Horrible idea. You should never walk your dog while riding your bike. I mean, I could probably pedal with one foot and steer with the other, but that doesn't make it a good idea. |
