I work at applebee's, and our store did the whole "club apple" thing for like a month, it was awful. My location tends to be busiest between 10 and 11pm even without it. |

I got drunk on at applebees on easter and watched a tigers game. Thats about as close as applebees gets to being cool; they were the only "bar" open on easter in the small town I was in. |

i kinda like it. i usually go to the bee's (didn't know that people other than my group of friends actually called it that) and get some drinks on happy hour, eat some appetizers, generally have a good time. The one by me had Wii Wednesday, they would hold a tournament of Wii tennis and if you won, you got a $20 gift card. you just can't beat their happy hour prices and i absolutely hate the whole bar scene, so this is cool to me. |

I despise all of those cookie cutter restaurants. I went with some buddies of mine to a Crapplebees after a softball game. We all ordered a beer and a shot. after about fifteen to twenty minutes, I ordered another beer. The manager came over and said that since it was a bigger group, they could only serve us every thirty minutes or so. I told the manager to go fornicate himself, gave my money and a sizable tip to the waitress, and never stepped back into one ever again. That place can burn in hell. |
