@bassman56 - Nothing wrong with EMG's, they said they're "EMG Style" which sounds like they're probably cheap knock-off's of EMG. Every EMG pickup I've seen has the EMG logo on the bottom right of the cover. I've been using EMG's for about 10 years now and I love them too. |

whodat6484, what's wrong with EMG's? I've been using them for 25 years, very happy with the tone. Are you not a fan of active pickups? Just wondering... |

They're selling for $489.00 AUD ($500.11 USD) which isn't too bad, but "EMG Style" pickups, to me, means I'll be buying new pickups to put in the guitar. (That's about $200.00 for a pair) The bridge looks like a Floyd Rose, but they don't actually say that, even on the webpage, so add another $100.00 to change that. It is cool though, maybe to have it hanging on the wall or something, but I'll have to pass on this one. |
