I;m pretty sure if it was legit you would be able to tell, there would surely be some police/security presence around it to make sure it didnt get stolen. |

yeah like freddyferret said....they're used at fairs by actual banks. if you found this at the side of the road with nothing around, that's a bit sketchy. |

I've seen these at festivals and huge short term events. They usually have a bank name on it, so I wouldn't trust this exact one. But, the idea is legit. |
