I made it to :45. Her arms work. She could be using a DPV (Look it up) and having a blast. The only purpose left here is false feel-good motivational bullpoo. Handicapped above water means jack poo in water and to bring her chair is a willing handicap brought upon herself.

I think the juxtaposition of the wheelchair underwater is kinda the point of the video (as evidenced by the dress instead of a swimsuit or wetsuit). Some IABers have zero imagination.

How hard would it be to build some kind of handicap swim mechanism or at least a bendable brace that conforms to water? Whoever came up with this has zero imagination.
