It's easy to beat tests if you know when they are going to happen. Or when drug raids are suddenly cancelled for no good reason at the last moment. I do wonder why Armstrong suddenly stopped the good fight. Now there won't be a trial anymore, no new facts to be told anymore, quite handy. |

Apparently a bunch of people say they saw him take drugs and they're basing a lot of the case on that. Though I say people lie and tests don't. |
