Friday, August 24, 2012 9:28:26 PM Well agreed with you there Ollie! You and I both know people so easily fooled would only vote republican. And extra kudos for once again turning a non political posting into an avenue for you to vent your worn out, and frankly, annoying rhetoric. |

Thursday, August 23, 2012 6:57:59 PM It was a hot summer night in Times Square. Most of the people there were tourists. They came to NYC looking to be part of exactly this "dream-mirage". Take the same act to a less tourist-y part of NYC, or any other major city in North America, and people would keep getting on with their day. I see celebrities all the time. No big deal. I just saw Dave Chappelle a few hours ago walking down a street I hang out on. It was all cool... Don't get me wrong, though. I still think we are doomed as a society |

Thursday, August 23, 2012 3:30:38 PM It just goes to show how pathetic people are. Only interested in someone who is famous. I would never even associate myself with a "celebrity" unless they actually did some good in the world. David Attenborough would be awesome to meet. |

Thursday, August 23, 2012 1:52:19 PM This is what happens when a nation becomes deluded for riches and fame. It's really no surprise this happened in the seat of the empire for the religion of money. Most would say that they won't fall for an emperor who says he's wearing special clothes, when he's really wearing nothing. But as you can see, while people know the lines of the story, they don't know the story between the lines. |

Thursday, August 23, 2012 12:41:45 PM @ drawman61 Todays generation? I saw people of all ages trying to get photo ops and such. What it really shows is how obsessed we've become with things that should'nt matter. Then obsessing over these celebrity problems to detract thought away from our own problems. Everyone divorces and breaks up and has babies and cheats and lies, why care about that stuff, why not to solve some social issues. Its not a generation of people, its people, but I will say, even being from here, its more prevelent in the U.S. but its not exempt from Europe or other places in the world. We need to think as a world collective to better our futures. |

Thursday, August 23, 2012 11:37:45 AM ....oh man, I thought at 3:31 that it was Wee-man for a second. That would've been hilarious if an actual celebrity was being out shined by a regular guy. |
