The Khadyrov family, with support of Putin run the land like a mafia, kidnappings, rapes, house raids, blood- revenge on families, random killings etc. is normal. You oppose the regime with as much as a word, your family gets wiped out.
It's an interesting clip, a little funny maybe but mostly sad, with the little girl hiding at the wall and covering her ears from the gunshots. Seeing family, friends and neighbors getting killed is probably not new to her. |

..they probably don't have much of any law enforcement there, let alone gun control. That and they must have pooloads of old russian military stock lying around for kids to play with.
