Why did the video point out a ceral for breakfast. Why not something healthier like bacon, eggs, whole milk. And it pointed out low fat dairy which is worse for you than full fat.
Then again, people will probably think I'm crazy that I lost weight without starving, changing my exercise, or any other "normal" way. Just greatly reduce the carbs (5% of my diet), greatly increase the fat and you eat less calories and stay fuller longer.

You might be right, but that would just jack up your bloodsugarlevel wouldn't it? making you more tempted to eat a pooty lunch.

I think it's more important to focus on keeping the body filled with nutrients than just focusing on losing weight.

Actually eating bacon and egg with orangejuice for breakfast, apple and nuts as snack and a salad with dressing for lunch is freaking good for you. yes with the dressing. your body needs at least some sort of fatsource to be able to take use of all the nutrients in the saladmix.

And yea, guys, move your body at least once per day. theres no way around it. easy as that, it's just something you have to do. take a walk, pick up something heavy, wave your fist at the paperboy, anything is better than nothing

loosing weight would, at best, make it slide down your legs. Losing would be better.

Also, the stuff about not starving and eating breakfast for blood sugar levels is not 100% proven. In fact, intermittent fasting is gaining a lot of scientific support as a good way to drop pounds.

Most of these are not tips on loosing weight, they are just tips on not being hungry. The last tip about counting calories is hardly scientific either

I basically "eat clean" but vegetarian style..which does NOT mean salad for every meal! And it's 5 SMALL balanced meals a day to keep the metabolism going. It works for me. I work in a book store and sell every diet book under the sun and I feel badly for these people who think because Pippa and Kate's mom lost 10 lbs in a week on some diet that it's a great choice for them...I'm not sure if people understand that getting healthy is a LIFESTYLE change and reading a diet book does not simply make you lose weight.

I'm bored when eating, I don't want to just sit there and eat. I just want to get it over with. That being said, I don't have time to check every type of food, how much calories etc it has. Bad habit I guess...
