ok, they're fat rednecks, but they've got a roof over their heads which is more than can be said of a lot of people in the states; this family are lucky. They're a family that love each other and stay together which, again, is more than can be said of a lot of families now. The mama DOES try to get the best out of her kids and do well for them. so what if a 17 year old is pregnant? with the support of her awesome family, she's gonna do fine. so what if a kid is chunky and does pageants? she's not being forced into it, she WANTS to do them.
also, where can I get in on that mud action? 'cos I REALLY want to do that. |

holy poo skipped through it found out the mother weighs E than she resets the poo and it says 309 pounds, and than she tries to call herself "jabba the hutt" but she was like jahotta lol. this poo right here is crazy. |

I would not keep up with the show but before all of you get on your high horse, if you bothered to watch the episode you would see the family is a very happy one. They are striving to be healthier I mean what more could you ask for. |

Not that I agree with Child Pageants or Toddlers and Tiaras in general, but people saying this is a messed up family is kind of retarded. Yeah they might not be the brightest crayons in the box but they have fun together, they obviously have good relationships with each other and they support each other. A lot of families can't say that, and those are some of the most important things we cherish about family. So despite being rednecks and the fact that they have bad eating habits, I think this is actually a nice family. And also, I think they are all hilarious. |

God I hate TLC. This (and the rest of thier shows) makes me want to call my cable company and DEMAND they remove TLC from the channel line up and give me back Speedchannel! But I don't pay for cable... so I'm not calling. |

I've been with my wife for about 10 years. Ever since I've been with her, her mother had her sister dress in skimpy clothing and cake on make up for these stupid "cheer leading" and dance competitions. I warned them all it would happen, but they wouldn't listen. Now they are all wondering why she is such a slut at 16. |

Let me see if I got this straight: mom is 32. The eldest daughter is 17 and coincidentally pregnant.
Somehow, I think that her mom is brewing a decent trauma for the kid as with every defeat the kid gets hurt and disappointed. And let's face it, she is ugly. Apart from the notion that beauty pageants for her age group are among the most idiotic ideas I had the displeasure of hearing about, the kid will be scarred for life along the way. |
