Monday, August 13, 2012 9:53:30 AM If a mother or a father did this to put their child ahead of this girl...all I can say is karma will get you when you least expect it. Also, I live in a Iowa and we have cameras on every public school campus, it seems like this school, as well off as it seems, would have them too!! |

Monday, August 13, 2012 9:00:27 AM UUhhhh are we sure that wasn't a tire flaw? If it was cut like that and you couldn't notice it was flat you shouldn't be driving! |

Sunday, August 12, 2012 11:41:25 PM sudden? look at the size of that rip..how is that sudden? driving in the rain with a flat tire... Im not saying 'got what she deserved' or anything but that certainly lacked a little foresight. Also the speed at which she must have been moving to broadside that pole ... accidents happen, and a hateful bit of vandalism certainly doesnt imply intent to commit murder.. but this is truly grasping at straws. |

Sunday, August 12, 2012 8:32:18 AM This may not be the case, but Occam's razor... The "slash" in the tire looks more like she hit a curb and the lip of the wheel cut the sidewall. I see this literally several times per day at the shop. (Using "literally" correctly here, as I really do see this several times a day) |

Sunday, August 12, 2012 8:06:01 AM she was a young and inexperienced driver. She probably either didn't know that the noise from her tire was something to worry about, or possibly didn't notice it at all if her radio was up really loud or had maybe had a lot of stuff on her mind. |

Saturday, August 11, 2012 9:33:35 PM yea I'm pretty sure a slashed tire, which means flat tire would be pretty noticeable. as soon as she moved the car she would have noticed the flat, so how exactly does she drive off and crash? |

Saturday, August 11, 2012 5:55:47 PM I don't get it, someone cut one of her tires but her tire went suddenly flat while driving or what ? Never got a flat tire so I dunno how it works. And what was the police's conclusion ? Do they aknowledge the criminal act or is it just an independant agency that does ? |

Saturday, August 11, 2012 1:42:20 PM Seems to me... just my opinion... that maybe someone just wanted to ruin her day by giving her a flat. They didn't know she was gonna drive her car and then crash it. How could they? If they really wanted to really hurt her, they could have cut her brake lines, or something. Knowing that this prank could now potentially mean "Attempted Murder," they tried to cover it up. Not to sound too crass, it looks like she came from a well off family so she'll probably be fine. |
