The environment says USA to me, not Philippines. But, assuming they are Filipino, those handguns would be both real and loaded. And I can see the safety's off. |

UGH!! I HATE to see bad gun handing technique. I'm not even much of a shooter but it irks me to no end. Knowing how to handle a firearm is rule #1. |
