No for multiple reasons. 1) It's promoting a stupid looking comedy show where that monkey is apparently a vet tech or at the least has a "starring role" 2) Only someone that is themselves mildly racist and afraid of their own feelings would think of it as racist. 3) That wasn't the first time they aired it... they've had it on a few times... which means it wasn't necessarily planned to air it there, its just where that ad spot fell by chance. |

Yes. Everything everywhere is racist. I burned my toast this morning. That was racist of me. I.A.B's webpage is black. That is racist. The roads are black; clearly the city officials are racist. They keep monkeys in the zoo, that's VERY racist. There were monkeys in the Indiana Jones movies. George Lucas and Steven Spielberg were racist. It's all around you. Time for the tin foil hats. |

Umm, no. It's a monkey doing gymnastics, that's hilarious, not racist. If only blacks or some other ethnic group were allowed to do gymnastics then it might be racist, but this is just a cute commercial. Unless the NBC guy talking about black kids had something to do with the commercial, it's not racist. |
