It is a traditional carrier- admittedly it does look like this little lad is about to slide out- he seems to have wriggled his way down a bit. The wrap is supposed to be under his bum- I expect mum will rearrange him once she gets a chance to put her bags down.

Blackcatseye... regardless of how many people do it, the child looks extremely uncomfortable.
