Thursday, August 02, 2012 6:51:22 AM ledzeppeloyd, actually there will not be a sequel to this one. This is the last one that Christian Bale and Christopher Nolan wanted to do. That does not however mean that there will not be another reboot in the near future to coincide with the Justice League movie. |

Wednesday, August 01, 2012 11:30:53 PM *spoiler alert* maybe? so i get it with "use your full name "robin" blah blah blah, if that was the end of the series it would be ok, but i already know hollywood cant come up with an original idea to save their lives so i know there will be a justice leage/batman 4. most likely because they're making a new superman... as a matter of fact drat hollywood, every single movie trailer for the dark night rises was a sequel or remake |

Wednesday, August 01, 2012 9:52:07 PM The Dark Knight was the only movie I really liked in the trilogy. Anyway, the story was just not very good in my opinion. I feel that the whole being thrown in a pit ordeal was probably the dumbest part. Bane was a shallow character in my opinion. He lacked any real personality. His voice was hard to take serious, too. Those are my major complaints besides what has already been said.

Wednesday, August 01, 2012 8:13:56 PM Let me sum this up for you: The people who liked it enjoyed the nuances driving the plot, idealism, and emotion all wrapped up in an epic Batman package. The people who didn't like it wanted more action, more fight scenes, more constumed violence. To sum up my young cousin's review "it got boring." These people wish that the movie had been directed by Michael Bay instead. If you can't tell, I loved the movie. |

Wednesday, August 01, 2012 4:19:16 PM cobrakiller Ohhh. I guess I knew who she was really playing when they cast her. So I was just waiting for that from the beginning. |

Wednesday, August 01, 2012 2:09:36 PM Holygod, I am talking about when they point to somebody being somebody elses child, but any batman fan knows that the second somebody only has one child who isnt the first someboy. But then the third somebody comes in to play and it was all okay. I thought he was taking some liberties, but was glad he did not. I also felt stupid not seeing it coming, but I was just too busy enjoying the movie. |

Wednesday, August 01, 2012 1:25:30 PM Didn't like it. Saw IMax version, was edited flat with extra frames. Went back to watch 16x9, better edited but, literally slept like a baby... I really didn't like the comedic editing on climbing from the pit: Out of place. Other than that, it's like Nolan and Singer are competing to see who can destroy the most continuity unnecessarily. |

Wednesday, August 01, 2012 10:41:56 AM My biggest problem? Catwoman sets him up. Set him up to be killed. And then he just forgives her no problem and trusts her to help him save people. I thought it was a great terrorist / hostage movie. S.hitty batman movie. It was like Nolan didn't want to make another batman movie, but they made him. So he too a story he wanted to make about people hijacking manhattan and shoe horned batman into it. |

Wednesday, August 01, 2012 10:39:41 AM Brometheus "Any movement at all would be painful as hell. Second, why did it all the sudden become not a problem halfway through the movie?" It shoes him putting on some special brace thing. I took that as being a Wayne R&D invention that solved the problem. Like a bionic exterior knee. cobrakiller " I did think he f*cked up big about halfway through, but in the end it turns out he didnt" How so? |

Wednesday, August 01, 2012 10:06:23 AM I really enjoyed it, from beginning until the end. I did think he f*cked up big about halfway through, but in the end it turns out he didnt. Cant wait to see Nolans next venture. |

Wednesday, August 01, 2012 9:42:06 AM "Not enough Baman." The other 2 movies are the same way. "WAY too much Bruce Wayne:Tortured Soul crap." The other 2 movies are the same way. "Catwoman rocked." There I agree with you. |

Wednesday, August 01, 2012 9:23:53 AM The one thing that bugged me more than anything was <SPOILER> that BW has no more cartilage. First off, bullpoo. Any movement at all would be painful as hell. Second, why did it all the sudden become not a problem halfway through the movie? Bane was great though. And I loved the way Nolan killed him immediately after it's revealed that he's not the main bad guy. Like, "OK, you're no longer necessary to the story Bane. Time to die." They could have given him a more suitable death though. The way they did it was pretty weak. |

Not enough Baman. WAY too much Bruce Wayne:Tortured Soul crap. Catwoman rocked. Worst kept secret in Gotham: Batman's secret identity. I seems everyone figures it out except the Commissioner Gordon. What a maroon. |

Wednesday, August 01, 2012 8:51:45 AM SPOILER ALERT!> glad you asked: it is an epic movie, in the sense that it's worth watching for some really good scenes, like the stadium collapse, the airplane takeover, and a few more. bane is so scary and evil that he is worth following (if you can understand a word that he says) but as far as storyline, it is a stretched out, mumble of scenes: scenes that are enjoyable on their own, perhaps, but with little continuation, a very unclear time lapse (some scenes seem to slow time, some encompass 5 months). very little is actually seen of batman himself, basically 2 scenes, and of course, a ton of unanswered questions and illogical problems: -why was it so easy to get batman to return after 8 years? -why is JOSEPH GORDON-LEVITT the only one that figured out (just by intuition) that batman is bruce wayne? even though they both disappeared for 8 years? -how did batman return from the prison to gotham? with no money? -why did bane blow up all br |

Wednesday, August 01, 2012 8:24:52 AM Some silly things happened [SPOILER ALERT] Like how did he get from the prison hole thing to gotham city so quickly, with time to clean up and get new clothes, despite being broke in Gotham and having no possessions at the prison, which includes th lack of a passport. He also just sneaks his way into gotham afterwards. Id like to know how he managed that. [SPOILER OVER] |

Wednesday, August 01, 2012 7:59:32 AM It was really long and rather boring. I did not care for it. Nolan can take his version and cram it. Warner Brothers would do well to re-boot it in a couple years. |
