BUT I for one am open to addressing those of "transgendered nature" but their CHOSEN outward appearence. That started with a transsexual named "January" I met in 1980... but I digress!
So I would call this person "she" to her face? In my heart I know it's still a "he".

I don't care how much surgery you give a man (or woman), they are still a man (or woman) in my mind. Forever. Can not be changed. If I were married to somebody that i LOVE and they tell me one day that they were born as a man, then we're done. Fine, good for you, you felt like being a woman (or man) so you did your best to do so. However, I feel like never having sex with such a person. I shall respect your wish if you respect mine.
