Sunday, July 29, 2012 12:50:48 AM i have no idea how tickets are distributed but if it's on a need basis (ie. the store puts in an order and then the lottery commission fills it as soon as they receive it) then my guess is she could do something like this: Find some sort of pattern to see when the lottery commission created winning ticket; then find some out of the way location that doesn't have to many customers; deplete their stock to insure their new order gets filled on those specific days. Then just play and hope you get lucky. The hard part would be finding out when the winning tickets get created of course. Otherwise, i can see no other reason why should would win four time at the same location. |

Saturday, July 28, 2012 9:24:31 PM At first it seems plausible. It's actually rather common for those huge lottery winners to win again. Think about it: if you won $10 million in the lottery and invested just $1 million back into playing it more, your chances are very high you can score big, at least getting your investment back. It's better than the stock market, and it's not hard to buy thousands of tickets for most number games. BUT she won with stupid scratch tickets, there's no way she bought that many. |

Saturday, July 28, 2012 7:55:36 PM if she cracked the code then good for her. the only people hating are those that are jealous they didn't figure it out themselves. |

Saturday, July 28, 2012 6:19:11 PM Many years ago, now, residents of a small town in British Columbia made out like bandits in an early cigarette company scratch and win. It turned out one enterprising fellow scratched clean a scad of game cards, noting where the winning numbers were and comparing them to the card's serial number. He discovered a pattern, and told everyone where to scratch each card according to its number. This could be something similar. |

Saturday, July 28, 2012 4:20:27 PM The chance that her winning streak is just luck is extremely, insanely, and enormously small. It is still possible though. Prove she cheated, or STFU. "Innocent until proven guilty" is one of the greatest rights afforded to us in America and other free countries. |

Saturday, July 28, 2012 2:33:16 PM Ok perhaps she broke the algorithm and can figure out which cards are winners. But isn´t it equally unlikely that the three winner cards where sent to the same store in Texas? Sounds like she has rigged the cards somehow instead. |

Saturday, July 28, 2012 2:17:13 PM i love the casino's answer, just arrest them first and ask questions later. seems backward to me seeing how we are innocent until proven guilty but the casino seems to be above this sort of trivial human right. |
