The company owners have a right to their beliefs but not a right to inflict them on their staff and patrons. Replace the word "gays" with "blacks" or "women" and that's how they'll have sounded in 20 years' time. |

I would like to be excluded from the group you refer to as "most Americans". Although I too work hard for my money, I don't think it's right to punish this company based on their beliefs. Beliefs they have a RIGHT to have. I for one, will continue to patronize Chic-Fil-A. |

Absolutely insane that this story is in national spotlight.... even my local University (K-State) is in it. TO TREAT AN AMERICAN BUSINESS THAT SERVES GOOD FOOD AND EMPLOYS HUNDREDS IF NOT THOUSANDS..... LIKE THIS SIMPLY BECAUSE A FEW "OWNERS WON'T BOW DOWN TO THE HOMOSEXUAL MONSTERS OUT THERE FORCING US TO ACCEPT THEIR SICK WAY OF LIFE IS ABSOLUTELY UNETHICAL AND WRONG !!! To apply that theory to Chic-Fil-A, if you think what they're doing is okay then switch it out. What if they gave their money to deny someone elses civil liberties. Say donating money to prevent blacks from voting.
Would you still say they have a right to that opinion and anyone against it is "a hater" ? |
