Friday, July 27, 2012 12:27:19 PM His hairs not dyed, his eyes are slack because he isn't smiling, and his nostrils aren't flared but anyone who can't see that both pictures are blatantly the same person needs glasses. Exactly, and check Richard's grin in Rhoid's DP for further reference. |

Friday, July 27, 2012 8:07:01 AM Also, if you start a statement with, "I'm not usually one too buy into..." it means that you are usually one to do whatever it is you're about to say or you wouldn't feel defensive enough to preface a statement with a denial before being accused. |

Friday, July 27, 2012 6:49:39 AM I'm honestly stumped, I don't immediately buy into these conspiracy theories, but I can't help but feel that the mugshot doesn't 100% match up with the pictures that we've been shown of james holmes. even taking into account the effects of aging, weight loss, and bat-poo craziness. it just doesn't look like the same dude. ..or does it? the mole on the cheek and the jawline kinda match. |

Friday, July 27, 2012 2:24:32 AM They have to use the term allegedly because of the legal concept of innocent until proven guilty. Which by the way, does not mean the person is actually innocent, it just means the burden of proof falls on the prosecutors. The more you know! |

Thursday, July 26, 2012 10:44:37 PM and like I said, I didn't know much about the situation. just from this map, seeing as all the stuff seemed to have been shed, it all seemed circumstantial |

Thursday, July 26, 2012 8:46:37 PM Yeah, the "Assault style" thing is kind of weird. They finally realized they were lying when they called it an Assault rifle, so they started to use weasel words to get the same point across. It just all gives me a headache. |

Thursday, July 26, 2012 8:28:59 PM Oh you're probably right. He's just some random guy the police are using as a scapegoat to hide the fact that the real killer escaped.. Genius. |

Thursday, July 26, 2012 8:27:05 PM @Darkmagic14n Do you think maybe the fact that he owns the weapons is good evidence? What about that he was arrested in the body armor? Or the fact that his apartment was booby trapped to hell and back? Or maybe just the fact that he was outside the theater by his car right by the back-exit door the murderer used, whilst everyone else was.. let's see, dead or horribly wounded? Oh and not only does he not deny the allegations, he says he's the Joker. |

Thursday, July 26, 2012 7:44:29 PM What the heck is an "assault-style rifle"? It's either an assault rifle, or it's not. And true assault rifles have been heavily regulated since 1934, and more or less banned since 1986. This is just typical media fear mongering. They just love this kind of crap. That's why they won't shut up about it. If 12 people had died in a fire there wouldn't be a news story about it outside of the state, but as soon as people die in unusual ways the media is all over it like jackals, because they know that they can feed off this story for months, as long as they keep the public scared, the public will keep buying papers, and watching their TV station. The media are all vicious leaches, and they should be ashamed. |

Thursday, July 26, 2012 7:35:12 PM I haven't paid attention to this, but this sounds like they just picked a random guy to call the suspect... according to this map, they found swat gear, gas mask, and gun all outside the theater; did the 'killer' have anything when he was arrested? or was it just because he acted so calm? are they at least going to pull dna evidence off the mask/clothing? |
