I was in a rollover accident some years back. Some days, just getting out of bed makes me cry in pain. Yeah, I'm overweight now...but I refuse to ride the scooters even though I'm disabled and am entitled to...because I refuse to be "that fat lady on the scooter at Walmart". I'll walk...albeit slowly, and by visiting every bench they have set out in the store...but I'll walk. Well, shuffle really, I guess. |
