When I was a kid, my parents took my brothers and me to the MOA. We were walking through a store when my little brother, who was about 3 or 4 at the time, started feeling up a mannequin's skirt. My poor mom was so embarrassed. Some little boys just know what they want, I guess. |

The problem here is the parent who, rather than discipline the curtain climber,thought it was so cute they had to take a photo of it. |
