He's got a mixture of used and new batteries. He may be better off taking out the used ones as they will have a higher internal resistance. Lose a little voltage, get more current. |

First thing I thought when I saw this video was "I've never seen these cheap 9v's anywhere other than when I was in the military." which would explain how he got a hold of so many he didn't buy. Looks like a military supply clerk with, yes, too much time to spare.
