Wow, none of you apologists have any idea of what's actually going on, you're just spouting off theories and conjecture. Keep that spin going, maybe some how it will make Zimmerman not a murderer.
Also, to those who say they were just kids when the molestation occurred, she said it went on until she was 16, which would make Zimmerman 18. You need to polish up on your reading comprehension and math skills.
As to why make this statement, it absolutely is character assassination, but taking into account the character of the person when judging their statements is allowed, sorry. If her story turns out to be credible, it certainly says a lot about Zimmerman.

The jury isn't even out yet madest. The State of Florida is trying to prove that Zimmerman wasn't Standing his Ground, and quite frankly they're doing a piss-poor job of it. Secondly all the "facts" you've mentioned are entirely circumstantial, and you've also demonstrated that you aren't fit to work in the criminal justice system. |

What about the phone call where they have Zimmerman saying "coon"? Or now his cousin saying he is indeed racist. This man is free because he claimed "stand your ground" when in fact he didn't "stand his ground". His guilt or innocence will be decided by a jury of his peers just like it's supposed to. Personally I think he's guilty of murder in the first degree but all I have is what I've seen or heard in the news. Whatever the outcome I'll be fine with.
