@gothmo- When we indulge our baser instincts and act out in demeaning behavior, nobody walks away the better.
If this guy is in fact a murderer, and is convicted, then he will be sentenced to prison- THAT is what he deserves. In the meantime, we all deserve a judicial system that conducts itself, and treats everybody with, dignity and respect. |

It was a murder trial, I have no sympathy for murderers. Granted I don't know what actually happened but if he's guilty he deserved it. |

He could have been removed from the court and watched what was left of the proceedings via camera in a secure room.
This does nothing but dishonors the judge, the court and the legal profession as a whole.
Then again, when have we demanded fairness, commonsense and good judgement of our justice system? |
