I hate to point out the obvious, but you don't really need to climb the tree to tie a rope around a branch.
I've hund a couple tire swings while keeping my feet on the ground. |

Well, in the position he was in, I'd be like, "How the hell did I get up here?" Seriously, how did he get up there. That's a good ankle-break drop and that was a thick tree with no lower limbs. But at least the FD got some practice in. Always good to have a well practiced FD. For when there are real problems. |

@ 6:48 - What the hell was that noise? I like how he made sure to put the rope in place before he came down. But seriously, what a puss. Climb down the rope! But, Most likely the fire dept. had nothing better to do. It gave them an excuse to play with their big toy truck. |

lol he had a dratin rope!!!! what an idiot!!!he had 2 thick ass branches... i woulda leaned back on that one branch and had a beer tied the rope with my feet then swung down making the tarzan call. i always carry a beer in my back pocket btw. |
