I did a smaller version of this in high school. We used a spinning platform with a tall metal mesh around it. Set a fire in the middle and spin the platform. Boom, fire tornado. |

Did anyone notice that the pail was glowing bright yellow near the end of that? I wonder if it could get hot enough to melt the pail and spill its propellent. Or just get so hot that all the fuel just flashes. The whole thing is a mesmerizing pyrotechnic display but seems a touch on the uncontrolled side of safety. :/ |

i've told you guys before how to make a fire tornado.. get like a couple cups of gas, pour it on a pond or small body of water.. wait 30 secs throw a match in.. film it you will an IAB star.. burn yourself and you're even more famous!!!! its win win people.. except for the fish they loose.. |
