I kept saying "dough'nt go there IAB", but you did. I really knead IAB to stop loafing & improve or I'm leaven. I know there are a lot of people here with a thin crust and sour doughsposition, but no reason IAB can't rise the standards a bit. It's the yeast Fancy could do. If you do Fancy, I'll send you flours even though we're rye-vals. |
