He contradicts himself in the first minute or two. He says he doesn't really think there are that many homophobes, but that it's used as a "fund raiser" in the bible belt by putting fear into people. Where his logic falls short is that if there are so very few true homophobes out there, then this tactic would not be so effective and the bible belt wouldn't be using it as their "fund raiser".
Mr. Rollins, I usually agree with your stances, but if you really don't feel there are many homophobics in the US, please leave California and live here in Mississippi with me for a week. |

When I first heard/saw him, I thought Henry Rollins was just a badass metalhead. Boy was I wrong. The past few years everything I've seen and heard about him has only made me admire the man more. There, I fixed it. |

I'm a big supporter of gay rights, you must not have read any of my comments before. My point is that we already know why people hate gays, so having a million different people say the same thing does nothing. |

There is no possible way to know there was gay cavemen, unless you found their gay cave drawings or something. Not saying there wasn't, just that we have no way of knowing.
