okay, techinically it has a molten core. But it's cooled and gotten so small it's about put out. Source: NASA
Technically, it's molten. Functionally, it's a cold, dead rock. The core is way small now and cannot break to the surface or cause seismic activity. It's not like our planet where the crust is relatively thin and most of the bulk is molten.
