More like a marshmallow-sprung cart, would be my guess.
That being said, Detroit always used to come out the the coolest concept cars, but for some inexplicable reason, they never built them for sale. I bet they could have sold at least 20,000 of these, but they only build one. Idiots. |

It has no doors, turn signals or roof, I'd call it... impractical!
Real sweet ride though! Most concept cars LOOK fantastic but were never intended for public use. |
