I support her decision. If she kept the kid, we'd probably read about him being found in a dumpster in 7 months. At least she realized that she's completely unfit to be a mother. |

Watching scary movies with a kid that small? Eating ice cream while staying up late? Sounds fake to me, but if it isn't, she just did him a bigger favor than when she decided to pass on her crappy-assed genes to him. |

The guy's not in the picture, he could be dead for all we know, so it's not really a matter of making some sort of male/female valuation. She's awful for handing off her kid. What's the guy who stays gonna say when he eventually finds out about her kid (and he definitely will)? |

The father can walk away, but when the mother does it, we all feel much worse for some reason.
i feel sick about it too, but i also think the guy gets off the hook too often, putting someone like this mother and child in an incredibly difficult position. |

It would be fascinating to watch him, years down the road, find out that he has a biological mother who's different from the mother who mostly raised him, then go to find her and ask her why, and -this- sh*t is what she'll -not- say, but someone will tell that guy the truth, or show him this, even.
