there's nothing worse than a vertical video, than a vertical video with blurry sides to make it seem like it's not a vertical video.

@TheStooge: You are wrong. You are defending a broken system. A mindset of "that's just the way it is" is unacceptable on any level. There is always room for improvement. No defense of items A through F is valid.

Pre-video ad successfully killed. If I could not have this ability, I would quit the internet flat out.

Why do you have to lie and add 'Drunk" to the title?

Brometheus- Only in retail & fast food.

Ripper398- Perhaps.....but I don't walk into a hospital and pretend I'm a doctor, so I don't see why people should presume they know anything about commercial aviation (when clearly they don't).

I don't think its fair to blame someone (this flight attendant) for having a normal reaction to an abnormal dose of stress.

A: The airlines don't grope you, TSA does that.

B: When a flight is delayed, it's usually for your safety you morons.

C: Because of the 'Passenger Bill of Rights' aircraft can now only be delayed on the ground for 3 hrs. If they're not off the ground or back at a gate in 3 hrs, airlines get a fine. This delays the flight even further. Blame yourselves for that one.

D: I have no compassion for management, but if you think the cost of your ticket compares at all to the cost of operating an aircraft....you're living in a fantasy world and should not be allowed in public.

E: Videos like this show only one side of a story. Don't be so ignorant as to think this short little clip is everything that happened.

F: Most passengers get abusive and throw temper tantrums when they don't get everything they want and right away.

Aside from fancylad and doug1963aaa......the rest of you seriously need to consider sterilization.

I can't really comment on this guy's behavior... I will say that I do not envy anyone choosing to be trapped inside a flying tin canned filled with frustrated people who have paid hundreds to thousands of dollars to be groped, interrogated then delayed...

I'd go back to the book-in desk and instruct the airline exactly how, where and why they should insert their plane.

If folks were really all that upset with TSA groping, flight delays and cancelled flights, outrageous misc fees and baggage fees, and all the other inconveniences of air travel, they would simply use alternative forms of travel. Period.
Until a mass 'exodus' from air travel occurs, governmental agencies and airline companies will continue to stick it to you.
Because here in America, we apparently are unable to discern a difference between capitalism and the unrelenting, rampant pursuit of moremoremore profit, whatever the cost.

According to the airline, this guy had not been drinking. According to other passengers, the guy was being provoked. But most certainly he did not "fly off the handle". He got mad and dropped an f-bomb.

Wait, you can't blame the simpleton air-waiter for getting on the p.a. and abusing the customers that paid for the flight that the airline has systematically f**ked up?
Ah, I see. Sit there and be quiet, my docile little sheep. Someone in a uniform is telling you what to do.

At least the pilot wasn't drunk for once, unless that's why they cancelled the flight.

Link: Drunk Flight Attendant Flies Off The Handle [Rate Link] - This flight attendant got drunk and started yelling at passengers during a 5-hour weather delay. Can't say I blame him.
