It can be okay, however since many internet users are not highly educated, it is often very unfeliable. Incorrect facts often last for days without being corrected. This could be a difference between an "A" and a "D" on a paper. I, foolishly, have used it for papers and later come to realize the facts were incorrect! |

Just recently hit 500,000 full articles, not just stubs, in english. Compare that to the likes of encarta and brittanica's ~80,000. While you could bet money on the accuracy of articles in professional encyclopedias. You won't find one that covers as much or updates as quickly. |
