Already got my own - Shower, poo, dioralyte (replaces salts), berocca, fried eggss, Iron bru or lucozade, paracetamol. Job done. |

Mineral water with lemon juice, shower. Nothing beats this hangover cure - get the stomach started and replenish everything your night out robbed your body of. |

Firstly- pack in the fags, hangovers are far worse when you smoke. Since I gave up my hangovers are far more bearable. Secondly- Lucozade- by the bed- so when you wake in the night you can just swig away. followed by the full english when you wake up, once bathed go to the gym for an hour. That will sort the worst hangover out before luch.. |

This works for me:
I know my naked body weight after morning ablutions, before breakfast, so weigh myself daily.
1 pint of water weighs 1&1/4 pounds, so if underweight, I make up to usual weight by drinking water. (not all at once, but bit by bit, with added sugar and a pinch of salt).
1 pound underweight = about 3/4 pint
2&1/2 pounds underweight = 2 pints of water etc.
Try it, works for me every time, just don't drive! |

my wife is from southeast asia and a lot of her family has no tolerance and gets sick, (mostly strong headaches) almost immediately after consuming a fairly small amount of alcohol. |
