Tuesday, June 26, 2012 8:55:41 PM Need one of these for the fat dog in the feature below, and rig up the fridge to have a barking noisemaker go off when the door opens. Problem solved..... |

Tuesday, June 26, 2012 3:33:58 PM my min pin is such an obnoxious barker we got a box that emits a high pitched sound whenever she tunes up. unfortunately, or maybe fortunately, i'm not sure, she was smart enough to figure out that she can walk into the next room and bark like hell because the box can't respond to things done in the next room.... i did find it funny that the shock made him tap his feet. |

Tuesday, June 26, 2012 9:47:36 AM Would have been really funny if the dog came in while he was wearing it and started barking like crazy. Sad, but still funny. :) |

Tuesday, June 26, 2012 9:08:33 AM i think a few minor shocks are less annoying for a big dog than having to be closed in a house all day long |

Tuesday, June 26, 2012 9:08:30 AM We have one for our dog. He used to bark so much that we never had a chance to praise him for not barking. Now, the collar beeps when he barks, if he keeps barking, he gets a static shock (like dragging your feel and touching a door knob). We've reached a point where he has stopped barking. Now, when someone comes to the door, we can praise him for being good and greeting our guest properly. He barely has to wear it at all anymore. |

Tuesday, June 26, 2012 8:57:06 AM I suggest someone ties his hands down and plays back a barking tape. His stupidity was really irritating. |

Tuesday, June 26, 2012 8:52:25 AM Fredspudman- dogs tend to have thicker neck muscles. If these work (and they need to show results fairly soon or be abandoned) it allows a dog greater freedom- it can also prevent a dog from having to be 'rehomed' due to neighbour complaints. |

Tuesday, June 26, 2012 8:27:14 AM Nice of him to test it before placing on his puppy! I wonder if he actually did use it? Dogs who constantly bark are VERY annoying. |

Tuesday, June 26, 2012 8:02:26 AM I rather imagine it would be more painful for a dog, dogs tending to be smaller and lighter than sadists. |
