Saturday, June 23, 2012 10:19:48 AM Nobody cares Markust. I remember back in the day (read: a year ago) The ratio was nearly 1 conservative, to 10 liberals, calling names and being hateful. |

Saturday, June 23, 2012 8:56:56 AM I'm not going to waste my time reading their comments but since I last looked nineteen hours ago it looks like five of the most extreme conservatives on here are arguing against one person. No one else is biting. Ha ha. |

Friday, June 22, 2012 11:04:37 PM @Prussia: Wide Receiver = 450 guns, that were not used in any crimes as far as we know... Fast & Furious = 20,000 guns that at least one was used to KILL A US BORDER PATROL AGENT. One of these things is not like the other thing. One of these things is, not the same...... |

Friday, June 22, 2012 10:30:21 PM Executive privilege protects communications with the president. That means either Obama was involved (which he has denied), or the privilege claim is bogus. Take your pick, but those are your only choices. |

Friday, June 22, 2012 9:15:01 PM 'And do YOU realize that Operation Wide Receiver and Operation Fast & Furious are TWO SEPERATE operations?' I am aware. I'm not making any excuses for the program. I'm merely refuting the absurd conspiracy theory espoused by you and Crakrjak that Obama started the Fast and Furious program to try and convince Americans that we need gun control. Stop listening to Rush Limbaugh and think for yourself. |

Friday, June 22, 2012 8:31:20 PM @FoolsPrussia And do YOU realize that Operation Wide Receiver and Operation Fast & Furious are TWO SEPERATE operations? (one clue might be the fact that they are named seperately) And do YOU ALSO realize that while Holder attempted to say that the Bush Attourney General was fully aware of Fast & Furious (that did not begin until AFTER Obama was sworn in), when asked to provide PROOF, Holder had to retract that statement (oops, another 'misstatement of fact', what other people would call a 'lie'.) |

Friday, June 22, 2012 8:09:22 PM Do you guys realize that the ATF gunwalking operation began in 2006? That's two years before Obama became president. February 2006: 'With assurance from ATF "that Mexican officials would be conducting surveillance or interdictions when guns got to the other side of the border", Detty would sell a total of about 450 guns during the operation. These included AR-15s, semi-automatic AK-pattern rifles, and Colt .38s. The vast majority of the guns were eventually lost as they moved into Mexico.' Operation Wide Receiver

Friday, June 22, 2012 8:00:33 PM FoolsPrussia: Not only did Obama say that the DC gun ban was constitutional, before it was overthrown by the SCOTUS, he had AG Holder announce their intention to permanently reinstate the so-called "assault" weapons ban that expired in 2004. Obama also supported HR 2640 (the "Veterans Disarmament Act"), which became law in 2007 and permanently strips gun ownership rights from U.S. military veterans whom they deemed to have PTSD or ADHD. If that weren't enough there's HR 45 which would create a government database of gun owners, make you a criminal if you don't register your gun(s), criminalize the act of moving your residence without reporting it to the government, require a photo ID gun license, requires a thumbprint, training, and disclosure of gun storage method, would make a criminal of you if your gun is lost or stolen and you don't report it - and on top of all that, it would require each gun owner to pay a fee for all of this reaming! |

Friday, June 22, 2012 7:59:21 PM FoolsPrussia-"he had a great opportunity to do so after Gabby Giffards was shot, but he never tried.' Oh he, and the left, tried. Right up until the time the shooter was found out to be a wacked-out lefty nut-job. They couldn't attack him without revealing how left he really was, and how much his ramblings match the leftist agenda. They STILL tried to blame the Right, but it made those that tried look even more like idiots. |

Friday, June 22, 2012 7:47:22 PM 'this was an Obama ploy to demonize gun dealers and falsely accuse the whole gun industry of arming the drug cartels.' This is why I laughed at your Obama/Nixon picture. That's such an incredible stretch of the imagination. The Fast and Furious program is moronic, but Obama has done nothing, absolutely nothing to signal that he wants stricter gun laws. If he wanted to do something about gun control, he had a great opportunity to do so after Gabby Giffords was shot, but he never tried. |

Friday, June 22, 2012 7:09:48 PM MeGrendel: Is correct, this was an Obama ploy to demonize gun dealers and falsely accuse the whole gun industry of arming the drug cartels. They would've followed up by demanding more anti-gun laws. We have enough anti-gun laws already, what we need are anti-weasel-politician laws. This sort of entrapment oriented politics is exactly what we don't need. Holder allowed guns to walk for political gain, Brian Terry and others paid a terrible price for his malfeasance. |

Friday, June 22, 2012 3:42:59 PM Holder has been caught lying under oath multiple time: "I probably heard about F&F for the first time in the last few weeks"-Holder (e-mails prove he had known about it for almost a year). Holder claimed that it started under the Bush AG, then, when asked to provide proof, had to retract that statement this week. Holder claimed that an e-mail that contained the phrase 'Fast & Furious Program' was, in fact, not talking about Fast & Furious. They had to formally withdraw a letter that stated that the ATF did not sanction the sale of assault weapons for the program. The only difference is that when a Democrat lies under oath, it's classified as a 'misstatement of facts' and is overlooked. Obama's administration was using F&F to set up a case to strengthen gun laws. It blew up in his face and he's dancing as hard as he can to make sure it never comes to light. |

Friday, June 22, 2012 3:42:34 PM (He (Bush) didn't win the first time-1st APPOINTED president.) @zeegrr60: Are you mentally deficient? Has too much kool-aid rotted your brainz? Clinton had only 44% of the vote, iirc, yet HE was "appointed" President, EXACTLY how the Law is supposed to work! fyi- Clinton was before Bush-II, k? Nice links @pacojohnson! Welcome to IAB! |

Friday, June 22, 2012 3:21:21 PM Gerry1of1-"Why does the Repubican Elephant always have upside down stars? Isn't " The star appears upside down, or rotated, in other places: Congressional Medal of Honor. Fort Sumter flag. markust123-"If a news station has to push and push and push a story on a daily basis for almost a year in order for it to get it any attention from other news station there might not be a story there." Except when said other news stations have a set policy of refusing to air anything that would put the Obama administration in bad light. Remember, during Bush, when the media went into a frenzy when Iraq deaths reached 2,000? (14 news stories and 24 briefs). Well, have you seen the same response when the deaths in Afghanistan reached 2,000 last week? (what? you hadn't heard? ya don't say!) |
