what did I just watch?
grown man spanks (I can't believe metaphorically and figuratively at the same time) another grown man (I use that loosely, any guy getting into that kinda of relationship with a 16 year old might have some issues, let alone the girl, I also feel old typing that...)

I can see the dad's point of view. Took away his manhood without any of the mess that usually entails. If he had prosecuted the girl would have had to give evidence, he might have walked, etc. Messy.
No I'm fine with that, but I raised a daughter and that colours your perception of creeps. Fortunately she is both highly intelligent and gay, so I never actually had to deal with that problem. |

Wait which one was the sexual pred? the spanker or the spankee lol? both? Anyway 'predator' has such finality to it... im sure theres some places where the legal system condones this. Also was it a drunken binger and she came on to him? did they even have sex or just snuggle? repeat business? etc. I cant condemn the guy with out knowing more, but to me he looked like nothing more than a supremely lonely guy. to call the man a sexual predator i think it would have to be uncommon or unnatural what he did but throughout human history and even modern society it is not uncommon. i was watching bizarre foods the other day and an african chief offered his 16 year old daughter to be andrew zimmern's wife |

He is a sexual predator and this type punishment isn't going to cramp his style in the least. I am a counselor on a sexual offender treatment unit at a state correction institution. Please understand that a well-run modern prison is not like what you see on TV or in the movies. We provide professional treatment services. Sexual offenders if treated while in prison have a very low rate of re-offending. Community treatment servies are also very effective. Untreated, underlying mental health and substance abuse issues are often present with this type of offender. |
