God doesn't help pay the rent non-nice individual, actually he doesn't help with poo. I recently lost a really good friend to the hand of god..she was so cool, witty and fun. now she preaches about jesus, and started this facebook page dedicated to him..proof that religion does make you dumber..er :( |

This didn't occur on a Sunday? I am drating shocked. Ask any server, Sunday's suck for tips. This is the day that all the churchy people decide that being cheap drats is suddenly a virtue because they just gave money to a tax-free private club that pretends it does more with the money, but actually does the least good.
This churchy person is apparently an immoral non-nice individual every day of the week. At least their consistent. |

Never been to a Hooters, would not have wanted any of my daughters working in one, nor my sons eating in one.
Barring sexual contact or nudity, which they don't do, I see nothing immoral about the business- tacky as it may be.
In the end they are waitresses. And that is a demanding job. Couple with that I imagine, that emotionally immature men(And perhaps women)frequently treat them in a lewd manner. What fun, sore feet and tired lines. |

@xerasia. you're young so i won't call you a name. however i must point out that most food service jobs are incredibly hard work and not nearly as easy as they look. waiters and waitresses, no matter what their uniform, deserve our respect and consequently good tips.

I went to Hooters for a friends bachelor party. It took us a while to figure out why the waitress was talking to me the most - I was the only one looking her in the eyes. |

Hooters always kind of got on my nerves, BUT, I know those girls work hard. It is a "real job" even if the guys who run it make them try to be Playboy Bunnies.
Xerasia, you don't sound like any fun at all. If I looked like a Hooters girl and didn't have a lot of experience or school under my belt, I'd probably swallow my pride and work there too. I'm sure the tips (aside from this one) are pretty damn good. |
