This is Hong Kong, those are tutorial college teachers and they probably each earn in the hundreds of thousands of US Dollars per year.
Why? Private schools are ruinously expensive and government schools require students to maintain a high grade average. So parents scrape together money to send their kids to extra schooling so they can stay in school, otherwise they'd not make the cut and fail to stay in secondary school to say nothing of university. |
